Short description
Norsk Tipping will enter into a contract for maintenance of the company's CRM solution, used for both direct marketing and sales support. The contract will cover the current and future need for maintenance, consultancy services and development.
The contract partner must maintain the existing licenses for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing that was negotiated in the previous contract. The same contracting party must also safeguard the company's pending need for further development of the sales solution and CRM.
