The tender competition includes the delivery of multi-function machines (hire), with a function for secure scanning/printing. The intention of the framework agreement is to standardise the machines, simplify operations, service and maintenance, as well as simplify administration and procurements.
Multi-function machines means machines that primarily have the following functions: copying, printing, stapling, punching holes and scanning. The contracting authority envisages one small, one medium-sized and one large multi-function machine.
Only new machines must be offered at the start of the contract.
The value of the procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding.
