The Norwegian Coastal Administration plans to develop a state dispersant preparedness, which shall enable distribution of dispersants from vessels and helicopters in the near future. The Norwegian Coastal Administration shall therefore procure disperants. The Norwegian Coastal Administration needs dispersants that can work for different types of oil currently used as fuel for vessels.
