Norsk Tipping AS (Norsk Tipping) is a 100 % state owned lottery company with exclusive right of offering lotteries that are included in the Norwegian Gambling Act. The exclusive right also includes sports gambling. Norsk Tipping's total customer base includes approx. 2,1 customers for all types of lotteries/games. Norsk Tipping's ambition is to offer all our customers an attractive sports game service. The current system offers a combination of various games. Our ambition is to establish a new gaming system prior to the 2020 UEFA European Football Championship. The objective of the call for tenders is to enter a contract with a professional joint-venture partner who shall be responsible for the delivery, the implementation, the co-ordination and the integration of a new sports game system. The contract is divided in 3 lots. Lot 1 includes sports games, lot 2 includes data-feed and lot 3 includes streaming.
