Short description
Voldsløkka School is planned for Uelands gate 85 (cadastral No 57/title No 107).
Uelands gate 85 was rezoned from industry to combined educational and sports facilities through decisions in Oslo City Council on 13.12.2017.
The school site adjoins an area where detailed regulation of Voldsløkka sports centre is taking place. This work is being managed by the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property on behalf of the Agency for Urban Environment, but is not part of this project.
The project mainly comprises, amongst other things:
— construction of a new building (plus house) along Uelands gate,
— total renovation of the listed H-building on the site (the Heidenreich building),
— a connection on level 2 between the new building and the H-building,
— landscape works,
— demolition of existing offices along Uelands gate (option in this procurement).
