Kompetanse Norge offers digital learning resources (e-learning) for various target groups through its website. The e-learning is self-instructing and self-correcting without a requirement for follow-up from a teaching supervisor or organised teaching. Kompetanse Norge would like to enter into a framework agreement that covers both the production, publication and operation of various types of e-learning.
