Short description
The Contracting Authority would like to enter into a Framework Agreement for mobile telephone services. The objective of the tender competition is to have an efficient and operational system for mobile telephony and accompanying services:
— mobile subscriptions,
— speech, SMS, MMS, data roaming,
— SIM cards, including data cards and twin cards,
— system for switchboard,
— mobile switchboard,
— M2M subscriptions.
A contract shall be entered for 2 years. Option for 1 + 1 + 1 year extension. Scheduled start of contract is 19.8.2019. It is anticipated that the contract value is approx. 3-4 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. All estimates are given according to the Contracting Authority’s best knowledge for the agreement period, and are not intended to be upper or lower limits for what can be taken out during the Framework Agreement.
