New valuation services for all properties and objects relevant for determining property taxes in the “nye Lindesnes kommune [new Lindesnes municipality]”. Lindesnes municipality currently has taxes on all real estate. Mandal municipality currently has property tax on all real estate except commercial property and properties covered by estate tax law §3 g). In addition, commercial properties were taxed in 2018.
