Expander Test Rig

The objective of the tender contest is to purchase a main system for the Expander Test Rig in a national laboratory for the energy efficiency industry (HighEFF-Lab WP3). The system shall include a flexible expander (axial flow turbine), compressor(s), coupling for heat exchangers (the heat exchangers are delivered by us), as well as instrumentation and control equipment. Hydrocarbons shall be used as the work media in the system, starting with isobutane (R-600a). Due to high ignitability of hydrocarbons when they are in contact with air it is very important that the system is planned and delivered in accordance with the prevailing guidelines and standards for inflammable substances.
