Energinet wants to purchase an Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. The system is expected to be a standard solution; a system that is widely used in comparable setups. Furthermore the system is expected to be recognized as a modern solution within its field. Criteria such as integration to other systems (AD and SAP amongst others), user-friendliness and access governance are carrying a significant weight.

Most economically advantageous tender based on the best price-quality ratio.
To be part of the competition it is a mandatory requirement, that the tenderer has delivered an IAM system to at least 10 clients/installations with at least 1,000 supported users each.
Energinet reserves the right to request documentation to ensure that the requirement is met by the tenderer.
The application must be submitted via Energinet’s procurement system, EU-Supply.

Lodging of appeal
Appeals concerning this tender must be lodged with the Public Contracts Appeals Board (Klagenævnet for Udbud) within the deadlines stated in the Danish Enforcement Act (håndhævelsesloven), cf. section 7(2) of the Danish Enforcement Act (Act No. 492 of 12 May 2010, as amended).
