A knowledge basis is to be prepared for use by the country's county governors in their work on the 0-24 assignment (the award letter for 2018 is attached). The assignment will support county governors' regional coordination role regarding vulnerable children and youths. It will also give county governors an active initiator role connected to stimulating and supporting the municipalities' work on raising the quality of the cross-sectoral service offer for vulnerable children and youths between 0 and 24 years and their families.
