As far as we know, Visma is the only service provider who delivers a system that is suitable to the Child protection watch's functional area. The system shall be a complete specialist system for the Child protection watch and be developed in accordance with the Standard for information security prepared for health and welfare services. The communication with the specialist system shall be encrypted. The system shall be able to be accessed via a browser on the platforms: Window, IOS, Android, and from the standard platform in the municipalities. The system shall be combinable with the use of a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system. Stavanger kommune wants to procure this service and combine use of the system with PC tablets/smart telephones. The reason for this direct procurement of Visma Flyt Barnevernsvakt, is that as far as we are aware, there is no other service provider with comparable systems that are adapted to the Child protection watch's functional area. The municipality's requirements are primarily: — the system shall be a complete specialist system for the Child Protection Watch, — the system shall have online search to folkeregister/enhetsregister [national register/entity register, — the system shall have post registration, scanning and archiving to NOARK core, — the system shall have connection to SvarUT Sikker [Secure] digital post, — communication with the specialist system shall be encrypted, — the system shall be able to be accessed via browsers, — the system shall be able to combinable with the use of a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, — the system shall offer security functions for mobile solutions.
