The objective and scope of the contract:
— the competition concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of laboratory services for analysis of water and sewage samples for the participant municipalities,
— the value of the procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold value. For further information we refer to part 2 of the requirement specification lots and alternative tenders,
— tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed,
— the contracting authority has considered splitting the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
