The Agency for Urban Environment in Oslo municipality is responsible for the planning, development, and operation of municipal urban spaces in Oslo. The urban spaces include communal areas such as roads and streets, squares, meeting places, parks, recreational areas, municipal sports and recreation facilities and municipal landscape areas in Marka and inner Oslofjord.
The Agency for Urban Environment manages approx. 100 artificial grass pitches of varying sizes in these areas.
The Agency for Urban Environment constructs and renovates artificial grass pitches every year, which are primarily used by different sports teams in the municipality. In addition, the Agency for Urban Environment undertakes a small number of sports facility projects each year that are not artificial grass pitches. In order to cover the need for groundwork and lighting installations, the Agency for Urban Environment shall enter into parallel framework agreements with 3-4 tenderers.
The Agency for Urban Environment invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of 165_BYM-2017 Framework agreement for groundwork and lighting installations - sports facilities.
