The contracting authorities would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for portfolio management of energy, with the accompanying services.
An independent agent shall be procured, who, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, shall carry out: Physical trade, financial trade, risk management and consultancy services, reporting, administrative services and invoice processing, courses and training, handling the municipality's free electricity.
