Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF has a considerable amount of property that is rented out to different agencies and entities in Oslo municipality. The main responsibility for ensuring that there are escape routes from the buildings lies with the building owner. The overall aim of the procurement is to ensure that the properties covered in the contract has well-functioning emergency lighting and guiding systems that meet the building owner's obligations as regards fire protection and escape routes, in accordance with the current valid fire regulations.
