Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt (FFI) intend to extend the hire of resources from Ginco within management development for the institute's management group (ILG). The work started in spring 2016. The contract with Ginco was established after a prior open tender contest ‘014-2016 Management Development ILG’. Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt (FFI) has negotiated a contract with Ginco for a continuation of this work. The scope of the contract is maximum 1 500 000 NOK including VAT. The work will continue the ongoing processes that have been started in FFI's management groups and it shall be based on already achieved results and it shall use the same methodology. The work includes, amongst other things: — Preparation of a status report in the management group based on observations, discussions, interviews and self-evaluation carried out by the participants. — Work with the management groups in order to achieve targets and be a sparring partner for the established methods. — Participation in management meetings. FFI reckons that the project will start as soon as possible. It is a prerequisite that the consultant(s) are or can be security cleared in accordance with the Norwegian Defence's requirements Additional information: Norwegian citizens or persons who have lived in Norway for 10 years or more will normally be security cleared within 2 months. Persons from other countries will normally have to wait 8 months or more to be security cleared at the necessary level. .
