The contracting authority is the municipality's professional body in relation to roads, road traffic and public transport on roads. The contracting authority has the administrative responsibility for 1,245 km municipal roads. An important part of this administrative responsibility is related to services for development, operation and maintenance of the roads and public places in order to ensure good conditions for all road users. The framework agreement shall cover the requirement for minor construction works on roads and streets.
