The Danish Defense
Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) regret to inform, that DALO is
compelled to terminate the tender for Repair and alignment service for Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers (TWTA) (contract notice no. 2016/S 181-325948) without an
award, as DALO has only received one offer,
which are not compliant with DALO mandatory requirements for this tender.
DALO has therefore
decided to revert to a “negotiated procedure without prior publication of at
contract notice”, cf. (FSD art. 28, stk. 1, litra b) with the tender, who has
submitted the non-compliant offer.
