The Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund is planning and implementing various initiatives based on current framework terms such as targets and strategies. There can be a need and desire to use external resources to a varying degree in the different phases in this work, which includes the organisation of work, organisation culture, management, communication and interaction. The Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund is therefore holding a competition with the aim of entering into a parallel framework agreement for consultancy services for organisation and management development.
