Bergen municipality would like to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for school transport. A DPS is a fully electronic procurement process that shall be open for all suppliers who fulfil the qualification requirements.
New suppliers can continually qualify for participation in the scheme. Only qualified suppliers will have access to the published competitions.
The assignments consist of:
— Driving to temporary school premises, e.g. due to the closure of school premises for redecorating/alterations etc.
— Driving to teaching outside the school premises, e.g. swimming and gymnastics.
