The contracting authority will develop and facilitate so that private and commercial entities in Markane — Sætren- Fjelli — Ulvedal — Blakset — Hopland- Rand will be able to connect to a powerful and future oriented broad band internet, a so-called ‘next generation access network’ (NGA).

The aim of this notice is to enter into a contract for the establishment of a future orientated broad band network with content services for households and businesses in Markane — Sætren — Fjelli — Ulvedal — Blakset — Hopland Rand (see annex 1 — map of the development area).

There must not be any obligation for the users to purchase content services in addition to general internet access.

The developer owns and is responsible for the operation of the developed infrastructure.
