The Contracting Authority is facing several major procurements regarding municipal buildings in the next few years in the form of new construction, rehabilitation and modification of the existing buildings. Amongst other things, a new school shall be built in the town centre and also a nursery school shall be built. The Health Centre shall be rehabilitated and school buildings shall be extended and rehabilitated. Please refer to the overview of approved major investments 2017-2027, included as attachment number A. The Contracting Authority is therefore seeking a project manager(s) to cover Elverum kommune's increased need for project manager services during the next 4 years.
