Domstoladministrasjonen develops, maintains and operates case handling systems for the law courts. These services are mainly carried out by external service providers.
The aim of this procurement is to enter into a contract for the further development, development and maintenance of case handling systems for the law courts in Norway, including:
1) Development/further development and maintenance of the case handling systems for all judicial authorities. This will include, amongst other things, work with the development of the High Court's new system start at the turn of the year 2015/16.
2) Further development and maintenance of middle-ware/Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
The development will occur under a framework agreement that will last for up to 4 years, whilst the maintenance will occur under a maintenance contract that will last for up to 8 years. See the qualification documentation for more information.
