The contractor must design, construct, deliver and install a turntable for HV-submarine spare cables.
The turntable is expected to have a load capability of up to 600 ton and a diameter of 12-14 m. It must be possible to load and unload multiple cables (up to 4) – it must be possible to unload the cables individually.
The turntable must include mechanism for proper loading/unloading of cables.
Cable diameter is expected to vary between 150 mm - 300 mm and weight between 40 kg/m and 130 kg/m. length of cables will be approx. 1 000-1 500 m
The contractor must deliver and install DDP on foundation inside a warehouse at a location in Kalundborg (<50 meter from dock).
Delivery and installation must be no later than January 2016.
Further technical and commercial specifications will be stated in tender documents that will be forwarded to Pre-qualified contractors.
Energinet.dk intend to qualify up to 5 contractors.
Evaluation will be the most economically advantageous tender in terms of the criteria stated in the specifications or in the invitation to tender or to negotiate.
