Ved tilbudsfristen af 4.6.2014 kl. 12:00 modtog Københavns Kommune, Teknik- og Miljøforvaltningen, 6 tilbud. Efter gennemgang af tilbud er det konstateret, at ud af de 6 tilbud er 4 ukonditionsmæssige. Henset til det begrænsede antal konditionsmæssige tilbud, og dermed den manglende konkurrence, vælger Københavns Kommune at annullere nærværende udbud, med henblik på at foretage en fornyet konkurrenceudsættelse snarest muligt.
