Framework agreement with a single supplier for the delivery of light sources (fluorescent tubes, compact fluorescent tubes, halogen light bulbs, vapour light bulbs, energy-saving light bulbs, incandescent light bulbs) and starters.
The supplier must be able to supply all lights sources required by the contracting authority, i.e. to be a turnkey supplier within the area.The contracting authority will permit the use of subcontractors.However, the supplier will be responsible for the majority of the product deliveries, as well as service, advice and provision for e-commerce.
