Møre og Romsdal county invite companies to a tender competition for a turnkey contract for the construction of a new building 08, Btr. 1 at Kristiansund sixth form college.
The tender competition is for the implementation of the project, including consultancy and engineering design services, all disciplines.
Building 08, Btr. 1 has a total gross area of 2,293m2 divided over 3 floors.
The net area is 1 566 m².
Gross area level 1 = 1 332 m² (Vestibule with reception, technical room, as well as halls for the building and construction subject).
Gross area level 2 = 676 m² Administration, teacher work rooms and theory rooms for the building and construction subject).
Gross area level 3 = 285 m². Science subjects.
The footprint of the building on the site is 10 478 m².
