On behalf of Nordkapp municipality (the Awarding Authority) Finnut Consult AS invites to an open tender contest for leasing of vehicles. Finnut Consult AS assists with implementation of the tender contest. The Awarding Authority requires 16 new vehicles which shall be leased for a period of 36 months. Start of delivery is 01.04.2013.
A service agreement shall be included in the contract. The service shall be provided in Nordkapp municipality at the car supplier location or at a local authorised workshop. The service agreement shall include courtesy car in connection with service and repairs at workshop. It is emphasised that the tender shall be in accordance with the described instructions.
Incomplete tenders, or tenders containing reservations, errors or vagueness which may result in doubts on how the tender shall be assessed, are rejected. Discrepancy from the tender documents shall be clearly and precisely described. The Awarding Authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service in this tender procedure.
