OD is preparing the notice for a new contract for the Diskos database, on behalf of Diskos. The aim is to have the notice ready in February 2013 and award the contract in September 2013. OD has therefore a need to enter into contracts within two competence areas:
— 1. Procurement competence: The consultant shall act as the process owner and coordinate, administer and carry out the procurement process from A to Z in accordance with the public procurement regulations,
— 2. Technical competence: The consultant shall act as a technical specialist with the main focus on the quality of the technical parts of the tender documents.
OD will enter into contracts for 1 year with an option for OD to extend the contract for up to 24 months if the procurement process takes time.
Attention is drawn to the fact that companies that OD signs a contract with for this competition are automatically disqualified from giving atender in the future competition for running the Diskos database. Otherwise see the public procurement regulations § 3-8.
