The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement for administrative support in connection with execution of environmental engineering sub-surface surveys as well as administrative support and consultancy service in connection with planning and implementation of environmental projects at the Awarding Authority’s areas.
