The subject of this call for tenders is the design and delivery of training courses, the development of e-learning solutions and the design and delivery of simulation exercises on training and response on cross border health emergencies and medical countermeasures.
Design and Delivery of Training Courses and Development of e-Learning
Lot 1 will be dedicated to the design, planning, organisation and evaluation of trainings, including the design, development, implementation and maintenance of eLearning/online content.
Trainings in this context should be understood as any training course or event, regardless of its implementation mode.
Design and Delivery of Simulation Exercises
Lot 2 will be dedicated to the design, planning and implementation of several simulation exercises, either tabletop or functional exercises depending on the objectives set by the lead and/or participating contracting authority.
