Pavadinimas Framework Market Survey for the assembly and testing of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for the CMS Phase-II Upgrade
Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas CERN intends to place two or more contracts for the assembly and testing of PCBs for the CMS Phase-II Upgrade. The PCBs are of a size of 322.25 mm x 280 mm, double-sided with up to 20 layers, with a large copper fraction of 0.5 mm out of a PCB thickness of 2.5 mm. The contractor shall assemble a wide mix of components onto the PCBs. The quantity will be approximately 550 units and deliveries are expected over a duration of 12 months from the date of the notification of the award of the Contract.
