Framework agreement architect services

Bømlo Municipality and Bømlo Municipal Property Company intends to enter into a framework agreement for architect services. The intention of the contract is to see to the contracting authority's need for architect services for different projects at any one time. The contracting authority has several types of building and construction projects that cover everything from minor alterations, to extensions to existing buildings, to major new buildings. The need for architect services for the different building categories may vary considerably during the contract period. The framework agreement will cover architect services for investment and maintenance projects within, but not limited to, school buildings, health buildings, arts buildings, sports buildings, and office buildings. In addition the municipality would like to include a landscape architect in the framework agreement.
