MOVAR shall expand Fuglevik wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) due to population growth and closure of Kambo WWTP. The wastewater now treated at Kambo WWTP will be transferred to Fuglevik WWTP in the future. The expanded plant’s discharge permit is renewed, and from 2027 the plant must remove both phosphorus, organic matter (BOD/COD) and nitrogen, See further information on the project 'Nye Fuglevik Renseanlegg'.
