Pavadinimas Supply of General Purpose, Radiation Tolerant and Special Radiation Resistant Cables
Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas CERN intends to place several Contracts for the supply of general purpose, radiation tolerant and special radiation resistant cables (hereinafter referred to, in whole or in part, as the “Supply”), as defined in this Technical Description, including its annexes and in accordance with the criteria defined in the Qualification Questionnaire. The total cable length to be delivered will be around 2000 kilometres.
The cables will be installed either in surface, technical galleries or underground facilities of CERN. For the later, the cables will be installed in an environment subject to exposure with ionizing radiation due to the presence of the particle beams (for a total integrated dose between 0.5 MGy up to 10 MGy over the exploitation period of at least 12 years).
