Framework agreement for Organisational, Managerial and Employee development

For this tender contest, Norsk Tipping wishes to enter into a framework agreement regarding advisory/consultancy services for organisational, managerial and employee development. The framework agreement shall cover the need for competence that the contracting authority does not have access to in the company on a given day, or where there is an independent need for external task solving. The framework agreement can also be used if extra capacity is needed.
