Partnering contract, external renovation

The contract is for the renovation of the roof and facades on the eastern and western towers, as well as the middle building. This includes the renovation of the original windows. There are options for the renovation of the roof and facade of the Festbygg, as well as measures for improved access to Oslo City Hall. The project will be carried out whilst the building is in operation. The renovation will be done in stages in the period 2022-2025. The engineering design services will start immediately after the contract has been signed in September 2022. Progress is to be planned in close cooperation with the builder.
