Framework agreement with a broker for ICT competence in operations

The broker's assignment will be to simplify the contracting authority's administration by obtaining temporary staff and consultants in an efficient way, at the same time that we ensure competition and reach a broad supplier market with both large and small actors. The Norwegian Environment Agency, c/o the Section for IT services (joint ICT), and the Norwegian Meteorological Institute would like to enter into a framework agreement with a broker of consultancy services within ICT operations. Joint ICT is a cooperation across the environment administration, the Species Databank, the Directorate for Cultural Heritage, and the Norwegian Polar Institute.
