Care services and flats with 24 hrs. staffing

The contract includes housing and care services for a man who has been sentenced to detention and recommended for parole in accordance with the Regulations on State-funded Parole, cf. point 1.2.4. The user is subject to 24/7 supervision. The tenderer shall, in collaboration with the Norwegian Correctional Service ensure that the convicted person is subject to the conditions determined by the Court of Justice. The housing service should be in Oslo County, or in surrounding municipalities, preferably on the east side of Oslo, close to public transport. The user shall reside in a 24 hrs. staffing unit.
