Contract for a baseline-study to enhance Nordic cooperation on security of supply and preparedness

The study shall map the present situation and elaborate on areas where Nordic cooperation should be strengthened in the field of security of supply and preparedness.

As a minimum critical services and capabilities within the following sectors should be covered: energy, food, water, digital networks and services, medical products/pharmaceuticals, financial infrastructure, transport, and crisis preparedness and rescue services.

The study might utilize, when useful, the findings of the trilateral report Critical Nordic Flows from April 2020 in its’ analysis.
