Consultancy Services to Support and Operate Vigo BAS — Framework Agreement

The competition concerns a contract for delivery of advisory/consultancy assistance within the areas of support and operation of the new user administration system (BAS) for 11 counties and the municipalities that use Vigo BAS. The main assignment will be to assist the individual county with installation of necessary components, configure and adapt the BAS solution within the possibilities the solution provides. The individual county and municipality will make the call-off on this contract based on their need. The contracting authority must therefore have a specific contact person at the supplier with high level of knowledge about the services that will be provided. Based on this, the scope of the procurement is difficult to estimate and will vary over time.
