The competition concerns entering into seven parallel framework agreements (‘the Framework Agreements’) for the purchase of consulting engineer services for the Property Department at UiO (Oslo University). The framework agreements include a total of 14 professional disciplines. These are Ventilation, Heating, Sanitation (RIVI), Refrigeration and heat pump engineering (RIVII), RIAut, ITB, RIEn, RIB, RIBfy, RIA, RIM, BIM, RIBr, RIE, Lighting Designer (LD) and Lift Engineer (RIH). Some of the framework agreements include multiple professional disciplines, while other only include one professional discipline. Tenders can submit tender for one or more of the framework agreements. It will not be possible to submit sub-tenders in the individual framework agreements. Tenders for the framework agreements including more than one professional discipline must therefore include all of the professional disciplines included in the relevant framework agreement.
