This is the Request for Information from SEB ( Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB) daughter companies in Baltic countries.
SEB is looking a solution for a new common Baltic leasing platform.
Leasing products are currently processed in 3 different solutions in each Baltic country. Leasing products and processes are not fully aligned between countries but targeted to be aligned together with new common Baltic leasing solution implementation. Customer onboarding, mandatory reporting is done by other integrated Bank systems. Leasing is Bank product in Lithuania, but daughter company product in Estonia and Latvia.
SEB is one of the largest leasing service providers at the Baltic leasing market.
The project shall cover comprehensive leasing solution for privates and legal entities implementation, including possible customizations, data migration, testing, trainings, post go live support, further maintenance, etc.
Implementation might happen in phases, country by country.
