The EEA, as leading contracting authority for the purpose of this inter-institutional call for tenders, and the European Commission, Directorate-General for Environment (DG ENV) and Directorate-General for Climate Action (DG CLIMA), as participating contracting authorities, seek to establish framework service contracts in cascade for the provision of IT services and support in the following areas: Web development with Python, Zope and Plone; Node. js, React and Elastic search; and DevOps operations with Jenkins, Docker; and Availability of 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support services of said web development.
