Skatteetaten (the Norwegian Tax Administration) is implementing a market survey (RFI) in order to map relevant suppliers as well as gain insight to the cost level and what the market can offer of solutions that cover the Norwegian Tax Administration's need for transcribing of audio recordings.
The RFI document can be downloaded from Visma TendSign. Deadline to respond to the RFI is 30 November 2020.
The Norwegian Tax Administration's need includes transcribing of audio recordings from interviews and legal proceedings.
The Norwegian Tax Administration anticipates that the need can be covered both by consultants and with the help of software or by a combination of these two.
