Ålesund kommunale eigedom (Ålesund Municipal Property) invites suppliers to participate in a digital dialogue conference on the 10 November, 10.00 — 11.00.
The dialogue conference will be held on Teams due to infection control concerns.
The topic is input to the procurement of 30 residences with staffing in the area of Moa — Spjelkavik.
Target Group: possible suppliers, including contractors, architects, consulting engineers, sub-contractors and others with an interest in the contest.
Afterwards the participants will be invited to submit input to the contest and participate in one-to-one meetings with the buyer/builder. One-to-one meetings are scheduled to be held in week 47.
In K-SAK 072/20, Ålesund Municipal Council approved construction of 30 residences in the area Moa-Spjelkavik. 22 of the residences will be adapted for elderly, eight of the residences will be handicap adapted. There will also be a staffing section in the building. We are considering having an option for an associated common area.
In order for Ålesund kommunale eigedom KF (ÅKE) (Ålesund Municipal Property) to get investment support from Husbanken it is critical that the residences are designed and built according to Husbanken’s rules for sheltered accommodation flats. In addition, ÅKE has high focus on universal design, welfare technology and use of various materials.
The aim of the dialogue phase (dialogue conference with consequent one-to-one meetings) is to inform the market about current plans and goals for the project. By conducting this market dialogue we want knowledge about the relevant market and at the same time give suppliers the opportunity to provide relevant input.
