The aim of the procurement is to contribute to getting a good knowledge basis for assessments of future changes to the post sector.
The assignments consist of two parts, which will each make up approx. half of the assignment. The final deadlines will be determined as agreed, but part 1 must be carried out and completed by the end of February, whilst part 2 must be completed by the end of April. The two parts are expected to require some experience and competence. Analysis milieus are encouraged to cooperate.
