Framework Agreement Building Contractor

The objective of the Framework Agreement with a building contractor is to purchase small building works related to the renovation and maintenance of the Contracting Authority's buildings. There can also be a need for assistance for minor engineering design work etc. The construction contractor shall be a contract partner and the tenderer can use sub suppliers for disciplines that tenderer does not cover itself. All sub suppliers shall be stated in the tender and Norsk Tipping reserves the right to approve them. Norsk Tipping reserves the right to outsource major projects and assignments.
