The national health trust Sykehusbygg HF is the Contracting Authority of the contract. Sykehusbygg HF was founded in 2014 and it is owned by all the four regional health authorities. Sykehusbygg HF shall be the contracting party to the contract. In order to provide the Contracting Authority with assistance for communication services for the daily operation, a Framework Agreement is wanted with a tenderer that can safeguard our interests.
